ASICS Half Marathon Course Map

The start line is located along Margaret Street adjacent to Queens Park.

When the starter gun fires, ASICS Half Marathon participants set off from Margaret Street beside Queens Park, running beneath leafy canopies in the crisp Toowoomba morning.

The course soon opens up near Point Lookout, where sweeping views of the Darling Downs stretch to the horizon. From there, runners pass the heritage beauty of City Hall, cheered on by locals proud of their city’s history and country hospitality.

The climb toward Prince Henry Heights follows, rewarding the effort with panoramic views across the Lockyer Valley and the Great Dividing Range. Shaded boulevards and tree‑lined streets carry runners back toward the Toowoomba Sports Ground, where the roar of the crowd marks a fitting finish to a course that captures the very best of the Garden City.
